Special welding

The twenty-year experience gained in the special welding sector allows us to qualify and execute welding and brazing on stainless steel, aluminium, copper, titanium and several nickel alloys.

Moreover we can manufacture high-resistance joints and limit the tensions induced to the material using E.B.W. (Electro Beam Welding) processes.
This technique has recently enabled us to weld successfully the largest (double-wall U.H.V. operating) window in the world for a Research Centre on Nuclear Fusion (on a flange obtained from an Inconel 600 forged product), executing a series of baking cycles and repeated helium leak tests to check the possible presence of defects.
