Alca Technology is a peaceful friendly environment where the team works closely together. All our workers actively help to run the company, especially in the organizing and planning of production.

Our mechanical and production engineers manage the projects, the highly qualified technicians assemble the parts and run routine tests and our experienced welders have great technical skills and are qualified to international standards.

The programming of the projects is done monthly through a special package created for our company, there is a weekly check to make sure that everything runs according to plan, so that in the eventuality of any production problems or difficulties all the personnel analyse and find solutions together.

All the people in our team help each other to overcome obstacles.
